Breakfast is the first thing you eat in the morning, so you want it to taste good. It is proved that breakfast is, in fact, the most important meal of the day. So, no pressure or anything but essentially, breakfast is going to determine how your entire day goes. As tempting as it may seem, nutella pancakes is not always the best choice. So, what should you have for breakfast this morning?
1. Avocado toast
It's basic, I know, but it's healthy and tastes delicious. It will definitely give you that morning boost you need to have a good day.
2. Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl
Yoghurt with compote, topped with oats and strawberries. I had this for breakfast the other day and I can't recommend it enough. It tastes amazing and makes you feel so ready for the day ahead of you.
3. Breakfast Smoothie
I made a post with some recipes on my Pinterest. These smoothies are amazing. They taste so delicious and refreshing and help you to wake up. Here's the recipe for a berry breakfast smoothie:
-4 tablespoons of plain Greek yoghurt
-1/4 cup of milk/ juice
-2 handfuls of berries
-1 tablespoon honey
So, that's a few ideas so you can have the best breakfast. Of course, there are plenty more ideas and I would be happy to write them in a future article. For now though, you have three amazing choices for breakfast.
