There are plenty of things you could start doing, but here are some things that I think everyone should start doing. These will improve your life so much and you will be able to enjoy the results.
1.Bullet Journaling
It's fun. It's simple and it's so good for your mental health. Bullet journaling can help you to focus on the present and reflecting on your life as a whole and how to improve it. If this isn't something you already do, you are missing out. Who knew writing about your 'boring' day to day life could be so good for you?
2. Skincare Routine
And I don't mean washing your face every night, I mean looking after your skin and making sure it's healthy and fresh. Make a proper routine. Don't forget, skincare is for everyone and it feels so nice to have amazing skin.
3. Going on walks
You probably can't be bothered, but seriously, you should! I love going on walks, they feel so refreshing and can make you feel so positive and... they're free! So, if you need something to do, a quick walk around your neighbourhood will get you feeling motivated and inspired for the day ahead.
